Beonsys demo

Watch the work run itself.

AI agents take on the volume of your back-office work: books, invoices, orders, paperwork and support. Experienced people check what matters and sign off. You pay for finished work, not for hours.

  • Works inside the tools you already use
  • A person signs off every result
  • Every step written to a log you can read
Sample data. The Beonsys console on a working day: receipts, invoices, bank lines, order emails, policy documents and support chats arrive in an intake lane, agents read each one, and it lands in a Done list as a finished, logged result. Anything unusual is sent to a person, who checks it and signs it off.
Sample data

A different shape of back office

Most back offices grow one hire at a time. Every new client means another desk, another login, another person to train. Beonsys grows the other way: the work gets faster every month, and you only pay for what gets finished.

Agents do the volume

Reading, sorting, matching, drafting, entering.

People own the result

An experienced reviewer checks what matters and signs off.

You pay per result

Per ledger, document, order or conversation. Never per hour.

Live examples

Pick a job. Watch it run.

Five kinds of work Beonsys runs today. Each one plays the way it runs for a client: agents do the steps, rules check them, and a person decides where it matters.

Bank lines and receipts in. A reconciled, signed-off month out.

Under the hood

From paper to posted.

Follow one receipt through Beonsys, from the moment it arrives to a finished, matched line in the books.

  1. 01

    It arrives.

A photo from a phone, a forwarded email or a scan. Beonsys files it to the right client and month the moment it lands.

  2. 02

    It’s read.

An agent reads the vendor, date, amount, tax and card. Every field is boxed, labeled and scored, so you can see how sure it is.

  3. 03

    It’s understood.

The fields become a ledger row. The account comes from how this client booked the same vendor before, and hard rules check the rest.

  4. 04

    It’s matched and logged.

It snaps to the bank line with the same amount on card 4417. The log records when, who, what and why. Then it’s done.

Sample data

Gets better every month

Answer once. It becomes a rule.

When something is unclear, you get one tidy list, not a stream of emails. Your answer is saved as a rule, so the same question never comes back.

Trust is earned, and lost fast.

Every new job starts with a person approving every item. It earns more room one full month at a time, and loses it all in one step.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How Beonsys works, what it costs, and what it will never do.

Something we haven't covered?

Contact us directly
Can you work under our name?

Yes. Firms can run Beonsys white-label: the work is done under your firm's name, and your clients only ever see your firm.

Which software do you work in?

QuickBooks Online and Xero for the books. For everything else, the tools you already use: your inbox, helpdesk, order system and document tools. Nothing new for your team to learn.

Can you move money or delete anything?

No. Our software has no payment or delete actions, so it never moves money. Changes are prepared for your approval, and some always need a person: payments, deletions and changes to a closed period.

What happens when something goes wrong?

It's caught, logged and fixed, and the fix becomes a rule the system follows from then on. That job also drops back to a person approving every item until it has proven itself again.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your tools. We access only what you grant, use business AI accounts whose terms exclude training on your data, mask account and tax numbers, and log every action.

What does it cost?

Bookkeeping is $900 a month for up to 5 ledgers, or $1,500 a month for up to 10. More than 10 is a custom quote. Other work is priced per document, order or conversation, quoted after a 20-minute demo. See pricing

How do we start?

What if we leave?

The contract is 60 days, then month to month. If you leave, you keep your rules, your logs and your reports.
